Account balances are only for the use of services on the AIBCT platform. All recharges are for digital virtual goods services. Once successful, the service is deemed fulfilled, and no refunds will be provided except as expressly provided by law (Non-Refundable Policy). Balances cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
5. Orders & Payments
By initiating a recharge or starting a skill task, you are issuing a purchase instruction. All transactions are subject to real-time system status and balance availability.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Malicious attacks or illegal use of platform resources through automated means are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to ban accounts upon discovery.

• Make necessary modifications and adjustments to the content
7.3 Liability Allocation
If you fail to fulfill the above review obligations and directly use AI-generated content resulting in the following consequences, you shall bear full legal liability, and this platform shall not bear any joint liability:
• Penalties by market supervision authorities for false advertising
• Lawsuits or claims for infringing others' intellectual property rights
• Administrative or civil liability for violating advertising laws or other regulations
• Consumer complaints, returns, or claims due to inaccurate content
• Penalties or store closures for violating e-commerce platform rules
• Other legal disputes arising from the use of AI-generated content
7.4 Platform Liability Limitation
This platform only provides AI technology service tools and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or legality of AI-generated content. By using this platform's services to generate content, you are deemed to have fully understood and accepted the above risks and voluntarily bear all legal consequences arising therefrom.
8. User Compliance Commitment
You commit to complying with the following requirements when using this platform's services:
• Comply with relevant laws and regulations including the Advertising Law, E-commerce Law, and Consumer Protection Law
• Do not use AI-generated content for false advertising or consumer fraud
• Do not generate content infringing others' trademark rights, copyrights, portrait rights, or other intellectual property rights
• Do not generate content violating public order and good morals or containing illegal information
• Conduct thorough review before using AI-generated content to ensure it is authentic, accurate, and legal
• Bear full responsibility for any third-party losses or legal disputes caused by non-compliant use
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction at the platform operator's location.
